JCSS has strived to reduce the rate of poverty in Bundelkhand region through sustainable agriculture, skill development and income generation progammes for both men and women. There are about 30% of adults who have gained trainings in skill development trainings provided by JCSS. Now they are able to earn and support their families.

JCSS targeted to guide the marginalized sections of the community in Bundelkhand so that they can be at par with their fellow beings especially through strengthening the local institutions through active participation.
